buonasera, non riesco a sbloccare la vettura in oggetto con kts x resettare service e accedere alla memoria guasti

ho l'abbonamento attivo, abbiamo cambiato le password, accediamo al portale fiat ma quando andiamo a sbloccare ritorna questo messaggio di errore

quaLcuno sa come risolvere'
