Ho 2 vetture identiche estere con lo stesso difetto (appena ho il libretto aggiorno i dati)

Quadro spento le luci funzionano regolarmente 

quadro acceso restano fisse gli anabbaglianti (solo posizione no)  

e le luci abbagglianti funziona il lampeggio ma non funzionano per farle rimanere fisse...

Cambiato devio luci completo originale ma ho lo stesso difetto.... Esperienze? 

Ne ho aperto uno e se comando io manualmente la leva gli abbagglianti funzionano restano fisse...

idee?
