Dal 1° marzo 2010 e successivamente il 1 settembre 2010, i costruttori dovranno garantire agli operatori indipendenti “un accesso senza restrizione ed in un formato standardizzato alle informazioni ufficiali”, in modo semplice e rapido, e che sia non discriminatorio rispetto al contenuto fornito ai concessionari ed ai riparatori ufficiali. Questa disposizione interessa tutte le postazioni PC (non solo quelle legate alla gestione dei sistemi antinquinamento).
