Buongiorno a tutti

Ho un Audi q8 3.0 hybrid che rimane la spia batteria accesa ed errore p0a9400 attivo. La batteria 48v è carica mentre quella 12v non viene ricaricata. Ha qualcuno è mai capitato questo problema?
