Buona sera , ho in officina questa golf la quale con la prima marcia fa un rumore abbastanza forte tipo metallico lo fa basta spostare o in decelerazione  o semplicemente camminare ma solo con la 1 con tutte le altre marcie il cambio e silenzioso. Ho smontato il cambio  e non ho trovato niente, l'unica cosa rotta e la molla di ritorno della retro ma questo non credo che sia il problema,Aspetto consigli grazie.
