Qualcuno oltre azzerare il contatore ha provveduto alla sostituzione del piantone per risolvere l'anomalia riguardante il bloccasterzo che assorbe troppa corrente?

E' probabile che ne devo fare uno e volevo qualche info sulla sostituzione ed eventuale configurazione..
