[VW Golf V] sostituzione ammortizzatori

Ciao a tutti

stiamo cambiando gli ammortizzatori ad una Golf V e come al solito c'è  da tribolare. Che metodo usate per sfilare gli anteriori? Tutte le volte è un'ammazzata che la metà basta. LE abbiamo provate tutte: un tiramolle fatto lavorare al contrario (a tirare) tra il mozzo e il piattello; la classica leva (che sulla golf V non si può per via delle plastiche sotto)... Voi come fate?
